If you do any of the things listed above, your account will
be suspended and any ad views will be lost. We will not pay
any outstanding commissions and will attempt to recover any
commissions that have been paid. Any monies already paid
that are not returned will be considered as theft and where
possible we will recover them.
Members are encouraged to report any
site containing any of the above mentioned violations or any
other violation and/or misrepresentation you may encounter
by clicking on the Report Site link in the surfing window or
by submitting a Support ticket.
Members are restricted to adding splash, LCP, blogs limited
to article style postings, or landing pages. Any other
submissions are open to Admin approval. Admin will have the
final say.
We are a traffic exchange and as such, your pages should
reflect the intent towards shorter advertising copy in
exchanging traffic with other members. This will
also maintain better advertising performance.
Please use common sense in respect to
sending extended advertising to advertising programs where
the members expect to see this information instead of
advertising such in traffic exchanges.
Cash Payouts
Members will receive cash payment for referral
upgrade commissions and other purchase commissions provided
they have a minimum of $10.00 in their account and meet the
additional cash out requirements listed below.
NOTE: We are
not a multi-level marketing system. We only pay
commissions on your First-Level referral upgrades and
purchases.
Additional Cash Out Requirements:
1. You must have at least 2 active sites on the Clickaholics system with
ad views assigned to both sites.
2. You must have a valid Payment email address listed on
your Profile.
Refund Policy
Since Clickaholics is offering non-physical irrevocable goods, we do not issue
refunds once the order is completed. As a customer you are responsible for
understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site.
We do realize that sometimes exceptional circumstance can take place and DO
honor refund requests for the following reasons:
- Product Not Delivered:
We realize technical issues may happen and you not get credited
for the product you purchased. Claims for products not
delivered must be submitted through a support ticket within 48
hours from the order placing date/time. Otherwise the product
will be considered received.
- Multiple Purchase: If
you accidentally purchased a product multiple times we will
issue a refund of the extra purchases and deduct the extra
products from your account. If the extra purchased products have
been consumed, no refund will be issued. Claims for multiple
purchases must be submitted through a support ticket within 24
hours from the order placing date/time. Otherwise the purchases
will be considered valid.
- Upgrade Purchase: If
you are not happy with the upgrade, refunds can be issued up to
but not exceeding 3 days after purchase. If you wish a refund
for an upgrade simply send in a support ticket and we will
refund your purchase. Please do not open disputes (if you
open a dispute before contacting us, your account will suspended
until further notice and will likely result in your details
being submitted for central banning across the LFM network of
sites). After 3 days no refunds will be issued on the
purchase of upgrades. Any bonuses that come with your
upgrade purchase such as bonus ad views, impressions will be
removed from your account if a refund is issued.
- Recurring Upgrade Payments:
If you did not intend for a recurring upgrade payment to
occur, you must submit a support ticket within 24 hours of
payment being received by Clickaholics.
Please do not open disputes (if you open a dispute before
contacting us, your account will suspended until further notice
and will likely result in your details being submitted for
central banning across the LFM network of sites). After 24 hours
no refunds will be issued on the recurring purchase of upgrades.
Any bonuses that come with your recurring upgrade purchase such
as bonus ad views, impressions will be removed from your account
if a refund is issued.
- All other possible refund
issues will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Miscellaneous
Any member may use their accumulated cash and/or commissions
to make purchases within the system such as an upgrade,
start page, login spotlight, etc..
FREE members are not allowed to award other members with
upgrade awards they may win. These awards must be added to
the current position of the existing free member/winner.
Upgraded members may award their upgraded contest wins to a
member of their choice provided said member is listed as
their referral on the Referrals page in their member area.
You agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of each
individual contest. The final wins are at the sole
discretion of management, are final and are not negotiable.
The Clickaholics Service:
Clickaholics is a service provided to you "as is" and without
guarantee.
Any ad views free or purchased are non refundable. Clickaholics
cannot be held responsible for ad views incorrectly used.
You acknowledge Clickaholics is NOT an investment program,
multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment
Program, "auto-surf", randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi
scheme, "get rich quick" scheme, or other similar venture.
You acknowledge you will not use our service for the
promotion of any illegal immoral or illicit purpose. If you
do not accept these terms you must leave this site
immediately.
By continuing to use this site you are bound by this
agreement and you agree that you will keep all information
provided by this site confidential. You are not allowed to
copy or comment or take any action that may devalue the
site's service and accept any damages or costs thereof such
breach including any agent or company that you may be
associated with.
The user agrees not to operate hardware or software designed
to bypass the systems developed by Clickaholics for the
benefit of all it's users.
When an account is set-up, the user agrees to provide
current and accurate information. And agrees that, that
information can be used for Clickaholics to make contact with
the user. Any inaccurate information may result in the
user's account being terminated AND any accrued commissions,
ad views and impressions in said account will be forfeited.
You MUST register with your REAL first and last names.
Failure to do so will be grounds to terminate your account
and you will forfeit all earnings, ad views and impressions.
You agree that you will only create one
(1) account at Clickaholics. Creating more than one user
account will be grounds for deleting all of your accounts
and you will forfeit all accrued commissions, ad views and
impressions.
You agree your user information consisting of full name, username and
email address along with your surfing and purchase
statistics are shared with your upline sponsor.
Otherwise, information given in registration will not be
sold or given to any other third party without the users
written permission, unless required to by law. Users agree
not to collect or harvest any users information that may be
on our internet servers.
You may change your registration
information by logging into your Clickaholics account and
click on Profile in the menu provided. If you change
your email address, you will have to confirm that by
clicking on the verify link we send to you at your new email
address.
Clickaholics makes no claim as to when visits will be received
by the user. Clickaholics can not be held responsible for
third party hit tracker statistics. Clickaholics statistics
are final. Hits are views and are not viewers/visitors.
Sites, banners, text ads and square banners may be shown
multiple times each day to users.
While Clickaholics may take measures to prevent offensive
information, the user acknowledges that any content found on
our servers may not be controlled by Clickaholics , and Clickaholics
can not be held accountable for it. However, the user agrees
not to use Clickaholics to promote or advertise any of the
following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to
pornography, Adult Content, Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal,
SPAM, Auto-Surf Software, or any other material that may be
offensive or unethical.
Users will conduct themselves in appropriate manner and will
not manipulate any of the site to gain ad views or access to
unauthorized areas. Also, Clickaholics does not allow the use
of auto-surf software/hardware (etc.) to gain ad views.
Anyone caught using or distributing said software/hardware
will have their account terminated and will forfeit all
commissions, cash, ad views and impressions. Said person
will also be permanently banned from Clickaholics. The
decision by Clickaholics management to take the actions
described above is final and not negotiable.
New members have 16 days to verify their account
AND surf at least 50 pages to activate account or the
account will be removed from Clickaholics
Suspended members who do not re-activate their account
within 365 days of the suspension will be removed from Clickaholics.
All accrued commissions, cash, ad views and impressions will
be forfeited.
The user agrees not to hold Clickaholics responsible for any
content, links, advertisements, site malfunctions,
miss-directions or any other events that may cause harm
mentally, physically or to property.
You agree that Clickaholics, in its sole discretion, may
terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or
use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content
within the Service, for any reason, including, without
limitation, for lack of use or if Clickaholics believes that
you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or
spirit of this agreement.
Clickaholics may also in its sole
discretion and at any time discontinue providing the
Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You
agree that any termination of your access to the Service
under any provision of this agreement may be effected
without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Clickaholics
may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all
related information and files in your account and/or bar any
further access to such files or the Service.
Further, you
agree that Clickaholics shall not be liable to you or any
third-party for any termination of your access to the
Service.
Dealings with advertisers are done at your own risk and Clickaholics
can not be held liable for any advertisers actions.
You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account
is only activated once you have verified your email address
by clicking a link in an email sent to you. By doing so you
are bound to accept email from Clickaholics which will include
system messages and marketing information at all times.
The
Receive Emails From Us checkbox in your Profile must always
be checked. If you uncheck the Receive Email From Us
checkbox in your Profile, we reserve the right to delete
your account and you will forfeit all accrued commissions,
cash, ad views and impressions.
Any user threatening or reporting Clickaholics for sending
'spam' or 'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email will be
invoiced for all services they have received to that point
and immediate payment will be expected. Further more all
legal costs and compensation will be sought through the
courts for any loss of time or reputation.
Clickaholics is an honest advertising business supported by
appropriate privacy statements, terms and conditions, user
agreements, business practices and an excellent reputation
in the trade that it will protect through all means
available. This benefits you, your business and the online
promotion and advertising businesses in general.
Splash pages, banners and their artwork
are copyrighted to the person who created them and may not
be used without their permission. The only exception being
banners, emails, and splash pages that are part of Clickaholics
Affiliate Toolbox.
Using splash pages, ads and graphics that clearly belong to
someone else without their permission is against our TOS and
will not be tolerated. Offenders may have their account
suspended or removed.
NOTE:
We reserve the right to make changes to this User Agreement
at any time. We will notify you via the email address
provided in your account that this User Agreement has been
modified. It is your responsibility to read the entire User
Agreement after being notified via email that said User
Agreement has been modified.
Continued use of Clickaholics constitutes your acceptance of
this User Agreement. If you do not agree with all provisions
of this User Agreement, your only recourse is to delete your
account.
